Fabrice
Sébire, is a young Chef native of Honfleur. He was trained as a cook in Caen.
After substantial experience in the most prestigious kitchens of the Capital, working to talented chefs such as Manuel Martinez at the Tour d’Argent, Alain Senderens at Lucas Carton, Guy Martin at the Grand Véfour.
He has been a consultant in Japan and Sweden on behalf of the Grand Véfour.
In June 2004, Fabrice and his wife Karine acquired the restaurant Le Bréard in Honfleur with the idea of transforming into a new gastronomic stopping place.
